Every day, our expert pannetieri produce freshly-baked bread with our wood -burning oven, mother yeast, and flour from Mulino Marino from Italy. We follow antique and traditional recipes to ensure you bring home the most delicious Italian bread. Nobody is perfect, not even Eataly, but we strive to achieve perfection with our bread.



Every day, our pastai, or pastamakers, transform simple ingredients into intricate pasta shapes inspired by the rich traditions of every Italian region, using simple high-quality ingredients: water, flour, and eggs. Long, short, stuffed, we have everybody’s favorite shape.



At Eataly Moscow open pastry kitchen, we never stop innovating and researching new ideas. Stopping for a minute to look in on our pastry chefs, one sees the precision and hard work that goes into making artisanal pastries as well as perfectly decorated cakes.



Eataly’s small production artisanal microbrewery makes small batches of beer following traditional Italian formulas. Each step, from mixing, to filtration and fermentation is fully visible so you can understand and learn more about the fascinating process of beer making. All of our artisanal beers are bottled in-house and you can try them at La Birra restaurant or take a bottle or two home.
