During the summer, people do not want to spend time preparing some complicated dishes, while light snacks made of vegetables and greens are very popular. That’s why we are very pleased to invite you to our new master class for the preparation of three sauces: Genovese pesto, Trapenese pesto and a nut sauce. All these sauces can be easily and tasty combined with any dishes, can be added to salads, pastas, fish or rice.
Absolutely every chef knows how to cook these sauces, because the sauce is the guarantee of a delicious dish! For the sweet end of the evening, you will also be trained by chefs to prepare light tiramisu with ricotta and strawberries!
At the end of the master class, each participant receives a diploma certificate of passing courses, as well as a printed technology of all dishes (recipes).
