During the summer season people want to eat healthier and saturate their body with a lot of vegetables. That’s why we invite you to our master-class “Vegetable splash”, where our Italian chefs will teach you the correct technology of cooking risotto with shrimps and green asparagus.
Preparing a risotto is not as easy as it sounds. When cooking rice you need to keep an eye on it every minute and you need to be able to make a proper balance. Risotto has many secrets that our chefs will share with you! Under their careful guidance, you will learn how to prepare a perfect risotto, the preparation of which can then be repeated at home without much effort.
Italians, Italian music, and a sweet end – mini Sicilian canola with ricotta and chocolate, just will not leave you indifferent!
At the end of the master class, each participant receives a diploma certificate of passing courses, as well as a printed technology of all dishes (recipes).
