Roman pizza is not the usual Neapolitan pizza, it is an unusual, very crispy and tender pizza with a rectangular form. The whole secret of this pizza is an old Italian sourdough, which should be prepared two whole days. You will learn from our chefs, what is the secret of this dough, what is the uniqueness of this pizza, and you will also be preparing a Roman pizza with ham, stracciatella and arugula!
After you have tasted your own pizza, you will be taught how to cook the most delicious and light tiramisu with ricotta and strawberries, so that you can sweetly finish your master class! At the end of the master class, each participant receives a diploma certificate of passing courses, as well as a printed technology of all dishes (recipes).
