Everyone will agree that there is never too much of cheese! We usually add extra cheese everywhere: on pasta, on pizza. That’s why we invite you to our cheese tasting, most of which we release ourselves in our Eataly complex. Our chefs will give you a variety of cheeses to choose from (mozzarella, ricotta, gorgonzola, scamorza, parmesan, etc.), tell the story of the origin of the cheeses, explain to you what to combine them with and how to consume these cheeses.
